Clean Slate is a registered charity with a Trust board consisting of trustees from all walks of life.

We currently have 6 trustees who meet quarterly.

Our Head Office is based in Upper Heyford at:

The Chapel, Building 572 Brice Road, Upper Heyford, Oxon, OX25 5TE.

We currently rent this space for £25 per month through the Dorchester Living Group.

We work in West Oxfordshire through GP Surgeries and Bicester in various locations. Although we are primarily based in the Cherwell Area our clients reside throughout the Thames Valley and beyond. Thanks to our recent move to online therapy, this is now an accessible service throughout the UK.

Hours of Operation

Head office: 8.30am to 3pm - Monday to Thursday.

Counselling and support hours: negotiated with the client’s availability.

Access to referrals through website, email and phone outside of office hours.
