While I was on https://casinobetrouwbaar.com, the word “betrouwbaar” (reliable) stayed with me, and that’s exactly what this article’s 8-week online group seems to offer men: a dependable, all-male space to start addressing abuse. I think the fixed timeframe matters because it makes the commitment feel less overwhelming than open-ended therapy. The fact that it’s online also removes the barrier of having to walk into a clinic, which might be a huge step for many survivors.
