Ambassador, Dino Nocivelli, who is a Partner at Leigh Day solicitors is offering a monthly legal clinic to answer any queries that charity members and their clients may have. The clinic and any information given will be on a confidential basis and there will be no fees.

The legal clinic can be used to answer any queries that charity members and their clients may have about the following:
Disclosing to the police and the criminal process
Bringing a compensation claim
Options where abusers are dead or unable to stand trial
Queries about the Victim’s Right to Review or Unduly Lenient Sentences
CICA queries
Questions about inquiries
Campaigns to change the law or to raise awareness about an issue
Anything else that they may have legal queries about.
The clinic will be on a first come, first served basis on the third Thursday of every month via telephone/Teams/Zoom although Dino is happy to be flexible around this if people want to send queries to him.
